Find Trazet platform interface

When you’re ready to start, you can click the Start button below or go to dev.trazet.com to access the login page.

STEP-1 

Access your account

You need to log in to Trazet to use and purchase services. If you don’t have an account, you can create one by clicking the Create Account link.

Organizational Accounts

Organizations should create their first account here. Additional users must be added through the organizations internal interface, as this interface does not allow adding users to an existing organization.

STEP-2 

Connect Assets

Connect your hardware to the software by going to the Devices section and clicking the Add New Device button.

STEP-3

Configure hardware

You can easily self-configure your hardware by adding the device IMEI number and SIM phone number to the software platform.

The IMEI number is the same as the serial number marked on most hardware and it is printed clearly on KLOUDIP all hardware. 

The SIM phone number is also clearly marked on KLOUDIP devices. If you are using a different SIM, you should be able to find it on the packaging.

You can choose any device nickname you prefer to easily identify it across the software platform.

STEP-4 

Select My Organization

Select My Orgnaization from the left menu bar.

STEP-5

Select the General tab

Select the General tab from My Organization.

STEP-6 

30 Days Free Trial

When you signup for a new one each of all services are added to your account for 30 days. 

You can activate a suitable paid plan during the 30 days or even after expiration of the trial.

Once you add a paid plan, any active trial plan will be automatically closed.

STEP-7

Add Plan or Update Services

You can add new plans or update individual services on plans by clicking the appropriate buttons.

STEP-8 

Select a Plan

Choose the right paid plan for your individual or business account.

You can add multiple plans of the same type or combine different types to suit your needs.

You also have the flexibility to choose between monthly or annual subscriptions based on your preference.

STEP-9

Add or Decrease Services

You can add or remove individual services within a plan to meet your exact requirements.

The billing for your subscription will be adjusted accordingly with pro-rata charges for the updated services.

STEP-10 

Access My Account

Access My Account to manage your account settings.

STEP-11

My Account

In the My Account self care portal, you can view and manage your subscriptions, invoices, help desk tickets, payment methods, and addresses.
